The Peace Flag is the 44-star flag of 1891, with the additional flag for the admission of Wyoming to the Union. At the third Universal Peace Congress in Rome, a generalized flag design was introduced, which consisted of a nation’s own flag bordered in which to signify nonviolent conflict resolution.
